We process personal data in particular for the organisation and delivery of our events (e.g. Finance Royale). This includes:

• receiving and managing expressions of interest in attending
• communicating with prospective and confirmed attendees, including regarding the invitation process
• planning and running the event and accompanying formats
• curating attendees and putting together targeted guest lists
• handling sponsorship and partner enquiries
• improving our event format

4. Sharing of data with partners

As part of our event, we work with selected partners. This may require sharing certain attendee data with partners, in particular:

• where a partner hosts a table
• where attendees are specifically selected for conversations with partners
• for the organisational preparation of meetings and interactions

Data is shared exclusively in the context of the event and to enable relevant business contacts. Partners do not use the data for any further purpose without separate consent.

5. Tools and service providers used

To deliver our services, we use the following tools and service providers:

• Netlify, Inc. (hosting of this website and processing of the interest form via Netlify Forms)
• Google Fonts (provision of the typeface used on this website)
• YouTube / Google Ireland Limited (embedding of the aftermovie video, loaded only after an active click)
• Google Calendar (external scheduling link for sponsorship enquiries; booking takes place on a Google service outside this website)

This may result in personal data being processed on servers outside the European Union (e.g. in the USA). These providers apply appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Processing is based on the following legal grounds:

• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient event organisation and high-quality networking)

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, or as required by statutory retention obligations.
